  This magnificent and truly sublime ode is supposed, with much
  probability, to have been composed by David, and sung at the
  removal of the ark from Kirjath-jearim.

  running stream, and trimming her plumage, gradually recovers
  the serenity of her disposition, the purity of color, and the
  richness and varied elegance of her appearance."

  an especial manifestation of the power and sovereignty of God.
